Appropriate Online Content and Conduct Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to remove content that does not meet our standards for appropriate content. Boifinder does not assume any liability if such content is not removed, and makes the final determination about whether content is objectionable or not. Boifinder does not endorse or oppose conversations expressed by our members. Members who generate content in their profiles, comments, private messages, and chat, etc, that do not meet our standards shall be removed. Serious offenses will result in removal of access or a deletion of their account.
Minimum Age:
You must be at least 14 years old to participate in this community.
Personal Attacks:
Personal attacks not allowed. "Personal attacks" are defined as comments that reflect upon a person instead of their opinion.
Hate speech, harsh personal insults, and epithets directed against any race, religion, ethnic origin, gender or sexual preference -- are not allowed even if disguised with asterisks or other text and characters.
Disruptive Behavior:
Please stay on topic and restrict your comments to the subject at hand. Refrain from "spamming," or "flooding" or the repeated posting of the same message over and over. You may not transmit or facilitate distribution of content that is harmful, abusive, racially or ethnically offensive, sexually explicit, or in a reasonable person's view, objectionable. Hate speech will not be tolerated.
Personal Information:
You may not share any personal information or information about others -- phone numbers, e-mail, home address, passwords, etc.-- with others on the site. Any such comments and/or private messages will be removed without comment. Chat participants may be restricted from using the chat system. This is for your protection! No speculation about the identity of other participants is permitted. You may not attempt to harvest or collect member information including, but not limited to, Public Display Names, passwords, or e-mail addresses.
Advertising & Commercial Purposes:
No advertising of any kind, including those for non-profit organizations, is permitted. Boifinder may not be used for commercial purposes. This includes but is not limited to unsolicited advertising, promotional materials, "junk mail", "spam", "chain letters", "pyramid schemes" or any other form of solicitation. You may not post links for any type of affiliate program with referrer IDs.
Linking Policy:
Please be careful clicking hyperlinks. You use the Internet at your own risk and Boifinder cannot be responsible for the content and conduct you may encounter.
Images:
You may not use our community to distribute, facilitate to distribute, or direct link to any content that solicits for exchange, sale or purchase of sexually explicit images, and/or material harmful to minors; including, but not limited to, any photograph, film, video, or picture or computer generated image or picture (actual or simulated.)
Copyrighted Material:
No copyrighted material is allowed. Please use links instead of quotes. You may not use our community to distribute, facilitate distribution, or direct link to any content that infringes anyone else's intellectual property rights, including, but not limited to, any copyright, trademark, rights of publicity, rights of privacy, or other proprietary rights.
Formatting and Advanced Scripting:
No oversize fonts, JavaScript, tables, headings or other advanced HTML commands are allowed. Please use only bold and italics to emphasize your points in your comments and messages.
Malware, Hacking, & Cracking:
You may not post, distribute, or link to software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to capture information, interrupt, destroy, and/or limit the functionality of any computer software and/or hardware or telecommunications equipment. You may not attempt to circumvent any security features and/or exploit any weaknesses in computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment.
Collection Of Information:
You may not attempt to copy, reproduce, create derivative works from, harvest, or collect posts or member information (including, but not limited to, Public Display Names, passwords, or e-mail addresses.)
Illegal Behavior:
The laws that apply in the offline world must be obeyed online. We have zero tolerance for illegal behavior in Boifinder. We cooperate with law enforcement on such matters.
Proper Online Conduct:
Online conduct should be guided by common sense and basic etiquette. You will be considered in violation of the Terms and Conditions and Rules if you violate any of the standards outlined above.
